When you apply for a job posted by us or provide your CV to the request of our recruitment consultant, the information you provide (and we collect) is used to determine whether your experience, skills, and knowledge are a good fit for current and coming roles we are working with as a Recruitment Company.

We shall hold on to your data for up to 24 months and if it turns out we would like to keep it around longer we shall reach out to you for your consent again.

Candidate Consent

I hereby give consent for my personal data included in my application to be processed for the purposes of the recruitment process under the European Parliament’s and Council of the European Union Regulation on the Protection of Natural Persons as of 27 April 2016, with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Data Protection Directive).

I understand that the Recruitment Company’s clients will consist of all businesses in which it has an active business relationship or is engaged in business for the recruitment purpose.

I understand that the processing and sharing of my personal data are necessary for the purposes of recruitment.

I, hereby give my consent to the Recruitment Company to process the following information:

Personal data:

• My name and surname;
• Contact details like my phone number, Skype id, e-mail address, etc.;
• Experience, education, and qualifications;
• My CV (Curriculum Vitae);
• Photograph (if given in the CV).

I consent to the Recruitment Company processing the above data for the following purposes:

• For the Recruitment Company to provide me with permanent or temporary work-finding services;
• For the Recruitment Company to process with or transfer my CV / personal data to their clients in order to provide me with work-finding services;
• For the Recruitment Company or its clients, to contact me using my contact information and schedule an interview;
• To process my data for the purposes of maintaining internal records.

By providing the Recruitment Company with my CV and my personal data I give my consent to use it for recruitment purposes. My consent will last as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, and once the Company no longer needs it, it will be deleted.
