We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to work directly with our client’s international partners, such as Oracle and SAP.
TO DO LIST:
Providing the 2nd line of technical support for the company’s software products;
Direct collaboration with the company’s technology partners and customers from the US and EU;
Documentation of support tickets in the company’s knowledge base.
