Our client is a fast-growing global e-commerce company operating an extensive international supply chain network across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. The company specializes in MRO tools and equipment and supports worldwide distribution through leading online marketplaces and proprietary e-commerce platforms.

To strengthen its European logistics operations, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to drive operational excellence across multiple warehouse locations and third-party logistics partners.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce warehousing or cross-border logistics.
  • Minimum 1 year of on-site management experience in overseas warehouses (European market).
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operational processes, standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with B2C, B2B, DF, or SFP warehouse models.
  • Proven ability to establish warehouse SOPs and operational standards independently.
  • Experience managing and evaluating 3PL providers using KPI frameworks.
  • Practical experience supporting OMS/WMS integration or optimization projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making capability.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese.
  • Based in France, covering operations in France, Italy, and Spain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and coordinate daily operations across multiple overseas warehouses and third-party logistics providers.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Develop and standardize full-process SOPs covering inbound, storage, picking, and outbound operations.
  • Drive warehouse optimization initiatives focused on cost reduction, productivity improvement, and operational quality.
  • Monitor operational KPIs through data analysis and lead continuous performance improvement programs.
  • Facilitate system integration and optimization between warehouse partners and internal platforms (OMS/WMS and related systems).
  • Conduct performance reviews, KPI evaluations, and partnership assessments with logistics providers.
  • Improve last-mile delivery performance, including shipment timeliness and fulfillment rates.
  • Perform on-site audits and evaluations of new overseas warehouse partners.
  • Address inventory accuracy, warehouse layout optimization, and operational security challenges within European markets.

WHAT YOU WILL GET IN RETURN

  • Annual gross income of €50-70K.
