Our team is looking for a remote Lead Generation Specialist, a person who will be in charge of establishing connections and good relations with customers in the IT industry across Western Europe, and the USA.

We are looking for a person, who loves the routine work of email listings with customers, and who is not afraid of occasionally contacting clients again and again and having mutual fun of such short conversations.

TO-DO LIST:

• Identifying potential customers and sending them tailor-made emails/messages using a value-based selling approach;
• Getting in touch with leads on social media;
• Generating warm leads and appointing online meetings between the company CEO and potential customers;
• Advertising company services in social media;
• Supporting customer relationships management (CRM) system.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 12+ months of a similar experience in sales of professional services;
• Good skills in managing CRM databases;
• Lively, outgoing, and confident;
• Good attention to detail and negotiation skills;
• Enthusiasm and passion;
• Fluent in English.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Fluency in other languages like Polish or German;
• Experience in recruitment agencies as a lead generation specialist/B2B sales or sales support specialist;
• Experience in the IT industry.
